Fast Hattiesburg Towing is celebrating their first Anniversary, which commemorates their first year 

in business. This is a huge milestone for the Hattiesburg-based Towing service business, which has provided Towing service to residents of Hattiesburg and the surrounding area who’ve found themselves on the side of the road since 2018.

Fast Hattiesburg Towing got it’s start in 2018 when founder Lana Delroy heard several stories of folks having to wait for unreasonable amounts of time before their tow truck arrived, even if it was in the middle of town. We decided to start a service that would move quickly to get people back on the road fast.. 

Early Challenges

One of the earliest challenges Fast Hattiesburg Towing faced was the need to respond to every call quickly and promptly, which required us to position our trucks at strategic locations around the region to respond as quickly as we promised our customers..

While every business of course faces challenges, some, like Fast Hattiesburg Towing are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when despite the large opening expense of starting a towing company and the relentless work hours and tough work, they got their first truck on the road and serving the area.

As they responded to more and more calls they were able to add another truck, and another, and serve the area even more efficiently..

John, Founder at Fast Hattiesburg Towing was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of Fast Hattiesburg Towing’s history so far was hiring a website designer to build a site that loads quickly and helps people connect with us when they need someone fast… time is of the essence when it comes to being stranded on the side of the road, and nobody wants to get you back on the road, whether it’s riding in our rig or in your own vehicle, faster than us..”

Fast Hattiesburg Towing’s Founder, Lana Delroy says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our one Year Anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is putting the customer first… without our customers there wouldn’t be a need for us to be out on the road at all… we focus on thinking about their point of view and what they need.”. Fast Hattiesburg Towing currently consists of four employees and has big plans for the upcoming year.

One of their core objectives is to continue expanding coverage to include more of Forrest county beyond Hattiesburg, such as Petal, Purvis, McCallum, Oak Grove, and farther out. William, one of the companies first tow truck drivers, said, “We’d like to have a wrecker or tow truck within 20 minutes of pretty much everywhere out here.”
