TODAY: We will see partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies with southerly winds from 5-15 mph and a high of 90. Tonight we will cool down to around 69 with mostly clear skies.

TOMORROW: The warming trend that we have started will continue with a high of around 97 and mostly sunny skies. Winds will be breezy at times from 10-20 out of the south/southwest.
EXTENDED: We will see temperatures continue to soar on Thursday afternoon with triple digit heat returning (slated high for Lubbock 101) and plenty of sunshine. A touch of relief will arrive on Friday as a weak cold front will enter our region, knocking us back into the mid 90s for the weekend. We will keep a slight chance for isolated thunderstorms on the board for Friday/Saturday at around 10%.
