Five indicted in connection to pizza delivery heist, assault

The Lubbock Grand Jury indicted five suspects accused of mugging a pizza delivery driver last month.

Ronald Collins and Derick Davis Jr., both 19, Tre McDade, 18, and 17-year-olds Ana Rios and Theresa Sertuche were all charged with robbery and home burglary.

The delivery man was called to a vacant house in the 2700 block of 37th St. Police say he was invited inside, then was jumped by the group of thieves and left injured in the home.

A burglary was called in a few houses down while the cops were still on scene. Investigators say they found pizza boxes and the delivery bag in the second home. Two juveniles also arrested for that heist.
