You probably already recognize the name Odegaard Miller Law, PLLC as the trusted team of personal injury lawyers, and insurance bad faith attorneys in Billings, Montana. But now, their law office is expanding with a new law office location in Helena! Their firm was recently written about in a newsletter on local businesses in Montana.

They initially expanded their firm’s presence in Montana by opening an office in Helena in 2017, headed up by attorney Lucas Wallace. The primary reason for the initial expansion was client convenience. It was important for them to be closer to their central and western Montana clients and, importantly, be closer to the medical providers and clinics who treat our clients.

With the new addition of Jay Dufrechouo their firm, they are excited to be in larger office space in the Great Northern Town Center in the heart of Helena, MT. Jay has more than 30 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases and claims, and he has more than 600 workers’ comp dispute mediations under his belt. Lucas is a former legal representative for employers and insurance companies, providing our law firm great insight into how our opposition approaches the cases we accept. There was even a time when attorneys Paul Odegaard and AJ Miller went up against Mr. Wallace. So impressed by his talents, their firm knew they had to bring him onboard, just as they needed Mr. Dufrechou for his unmatched experience.

All of this incredible expansion is happening in conjunction with their law firm’s recent growth and renaming. When attorney A.J. Miller became a partner at our firm in February 2019, They changed their name to Odegaard Miller Law, PLLC. This is all part of their goal to best the best legal team for their clients who have personal injury, workers’ compensation, or insurance bad faith claims.
